Miller-Valentine Group is building a 125 unit senior independent living facility at the intersection of Wolfpen-Pleasant Hill Road and SR-28 Bypass. Miller-Valentine has started construction on the facility and intends to open in the late fall of 2008. They will be taking reservations from new residents as soon as April of 2008.

When completed, Pinebrook's residential 125 units will be on three floors and will offer studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units to their residents. All of the units are wonderfully appointed and include a full kitchen, large living room and bathroom(s).
